Owner of the Toyota Corolla that got crashed by a Vodafone internet pole, William Quainoo has reported that after visiting the Vodafone office he was asked to fix the car himself.
In a report sighted on SVTV Africa, William indicated that he left his car at a washing bay at site 20 of Tema community 1 on Saturday but upon his arrival, it had been damaged.
“I first went to the police but they told me that can’t do anything about it so when I was told it was a Vodafone pole I visited their office and they said they did not cause the crash so I should fix it myself,” he said.
According to William, the car bonnet was greatly damaged however it can be repaired.
“If the pole did not hurt anyone but did a little damage on my car, is this what Vodafone must tell me,” he asked.
William hopes to get a better response from the telecom company soon.
