UK-based Ghanaian Victoria disclosed that she was particular about the man her daughter brought home. Victoria ensured that he was up to standard and would continue to give her daughter the lifestyle she deserved.

Speaking on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Victoria mentioned that she and her husband worked tirelessly to give their kids a comfortable life. As a result, she took great care in assessing her daughter’s boyfriend before approving their relationship.

She emphasised the importance of having certain standards, ensuring that he had a respectable job that demonstrated stability and ambition and possessed the necessary residence documents to reside in the UK.

“There is no way I’d have accepted him if he didn’t have documents. I did thorough investigations into his family and their jobs. Money goes into money. Money does not go into poverty. I live in a six-bedroom house and my daughter lives comfortably and has everything.”

This thorough vetting process reflected her desire to ensure her daughter was in a secure and supportive relationship.
