Ghanaian-based in the Philippines, Justice shared the struggles immigrants go through in the Southeast Asian country, Philippines.
In an interview on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Justice disclosed alarming information regarding the plight of Ghanaians and other immigrants in the Philippines, revealing that certain travel agents have exploited vulnerable individuals by bringing them to the country under pretences, ultimately leaving them stranded without support.
He emphasised that the Philippines is not a country to hustle because getting a job as an immigrant requires a lot and is nearly impossible. As a result, many have been left stranded and homeless throwing them into a mental health crisis.
“I know a Ghanaian who recently ran mad on the streets. Many have died and others are homeless,” Justice noted.
Living in an unfamiliar environment, many of these individuals find themselves trapped, as there are limited options available once their immigrant or student visas expire. This unfortunate circumstance has led to a significant rise in homelessness among this group.
