He emphasised that the Philippines is not a country to hustle because getting a job as an immigrant requires a lot and is nearly impossible. As a result, many have been left stranded and homeless throwing them into a mental health crisis.

“I know a Ghanaian who recently ran mad on the streets. Many have died and others are homeless,” Justice noted.

Living in an unfamiliar environment, many of these individuals find themselves trapped, as there are limited options available once their immigrant or student visas expire. This unfortunate circumstance has led to a significant rise in homelessness among this group.
