Canada-based Ghanaian Miss Owusua disclosed that she makes more money from her businesses in Ghana than working as an employee in Canada and added that it is easier to make money in Ghana than abroad.
In a previous interview with DJ Nyaami, Miss Owusuaa mentioned that she has a line of businesses and owns a 10-bedroom house in Ghana. She lived a comfortable life in Ghana but only relocated to Canada for her kids’ education.
In a recent interview, Miss Owusua shared her experience, mentioning that working in Canada is difficult and that she earns less than she makes from her business in Ghana.
“Working in Canada humbled me. It is not easy to make money here. I make about $23 per hour here but will return to Ghana to revamp my businesses. The money is in Ghana not abroad.
I make more money in Ghana than in Canada. You can’t multitask here, and the stress alone could end your life. But it can be done in Ghana, and you’ll earn more. I didn’t come to stay,” she noted.
According to Owusuaa, if Ghanaians worked as hard as they do abroad in Ghana, they would have been successful.
