Tracy Osei, a Ghanaian based in the UK stated that she was comfortable with her business in Ghana adding the money she earns there is peanut.
Miss Osei mentioned that she has no plans of living abroad, however her son dreams of becoming a professional footballer in England. In a chat with SVTV Africa’s DJ Nyaami, Tracy indicated that she was content with her life in Ghana as a private loan lender.
“I owned a 5-bedroom house in Ghana with three cars. I was comfortable until I came here. I don’t enjoy my time here because I didn’t come to make money. The money I earn here is peanuts to me. I will return to Ghana when my son turns 18 years old.”
Tracy indicated that established businessmen and owner shouldn’t sell their properties or businesses to travel abroad.
She said, “Abroad is for hustlers. Don’t travel if you are comfortable in Ghana because many have regretted that decision. You are not guaranteed success just because you work abroad. It is not as easy as we think,” she said on Daily Hustle Worldwide.
