Ellen Akua, a US-based Ghanaian stated that she feels at peace in Ghana than in the US and would soon relocate to her home country to settle.
Speaking on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Ellen mentioned that she often visits Ghana to unwind from the stress of working in the US. Ellen indicated that she feels calm and happy in Ghana and would relocate soon.
“You have to pay bills every 30 days whether you have it or not. It makes the stress level go up. I’m tired of living in the US. I’m in the process of relocating to Ghana, whether it is full-time or part-time. I want to do that.
It is a necessity. After a long time abroad, you realise that there is nothing worth holding onto. You build what you need here but you also need to build back home,” she told DJ Nyaami.
Ellen added that she has been trying to establish a business in Ghana and plans to make it a reality. She said, “There is so much need. The most important thing about business is meeting somebody’s needs consistently.
Buying and selling is not always the most successful type of business. Supplying a need is the best way and if you’re able to do that, you’re good to go.”
