Richard Koduah, a Ghanaian based in Qatar disclosed that he accepted to work for GHs1600 because he never had a job that paid that much in Ghana.
Speaking on DAILY Hustle Worldwide, Richard revealed that he did not have Ghs400 in his bank account in Ghana. He was desperate to travel abroad to work. He was excited to be paid that amount in Qatar.
“I came here in June. The heat was overbearing but it didnt bother me. The anguish and quest for money did not even make it overwhelming for me. Many of those I came with couldn’t stay. At 26 in Ghana, I had nothing in my bank account.
I got Ghs1600 when I came in 2021 but I was happy because I never had Ghs400 in Ghana. We may all want to go to Europe in future but for now, I am not leaving Qatar,” he told DJ Nyaami.
Moreover, Richard reiterated that his mission in Qatar does not make him feel stressed out or tired. He added that there have been many changes in his life since he started working in Qatar.
