US-based Ghanaian Francis Amo shared his broken heart story, stating that his ex-girlfriend’s parents rejected his marriage proposal because he was broke with only a bicycle to his name.
Speaking on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Francis mentioned that he was an Evangelist who ran a business on the side, but his ex-girlfriend’s family could not give their daughter out to him. Francis currently travels around the world preaching the Gospel while studying at a Bible School in the US.
“I was broke in Ghana for years until I met my destiny helpers who brought me to the US. I remember I lost my girlfriend because of it. She was okay with me, but her parents refused to allow me to marry her because I only had a bicycle.
I had been using that bicycle for five years. Eventually, I met some people who supported me. So I started a business in Ghana and even built a house before coming here, he told DJ Nyaami.
Francis is studying on scholarship at the Christ For The Nations Institute in Texas, USA. He is among a few and the only Ghanaian on scholarship.
