“Traveling to the UK was not part of my to-do list. It has never been part of my plans. I had a very good job. I was earning not a lot of money, but I was happy. I got an opportunity to study here and maybe go back for a better position. I loved it back home, and I didn’t lack anything. I came here to progress education-wise,” he told host, DJ Nyaami.

Speaking on his first experience and culture shock in the UK, DJ Billy said,” The first day you arrive, someone leaves you with a six-month-old and says, ‘My babysitter is coming, but can you look after this child.’ I came to study, so why am I looking after a six-month-old baby?”

Moreover, Godwin mentioned time management and having to find a job as part of the difficult moments in the UK. He expressed the difficulty in getting a job after his course in Business Administration. He advised others to study in-demand courses.
