Ghanaian based in the UK, Larry Issaka revealed that he plans to return to Ghana because he cannot work as a ‘slave’ in another country.
Larry disclosed in an SVTV Africa interview that he owns a block factory and other businesses in Ghana. As a result, he does not wish to slave away in a foreign land.
“I want to return to Ghana. I can’t do this anymore. I have a block factory in Ghana and three MoMo shops. So I can’t stay here and work as a slave. “I will come back to take care of my business, and I will survive,” he said.
During an SVTV AFRICA interview, Larry stated that his hosts in the UK kept his money and refused to return it. According to Larry, he saved over £3,000 in their account but only received about £1,200.
“I requested the money after a year of working here. When I confronted them about the amount they gave me, they came to my job and told my boss that the document I was using was not mine.
Aside from that, they threatened to have me deported. I don’t want the money anymore. I’ve taken the matter to my village. So they can have it,” Larry added.
