Former Crusading Guide reporter Joseph Antwi Bosiako revealed that he had to stay in the US after he lost his job in Ghana.

Speaking on Daily Hustle Worldwide, Joseph Bosiako indicated that his job in the media allowed him to travel to several countries for work. Upon his return to Ghana, he lost his job and couldn’t start over.

“The situation I came to meet in Ghana upon my return from Denmark made it impossible for me to stay. I lost my job and couldn’t start a business because I had been away for a while.

Even though I got freelance jobs in Ghana, the money was insufficient compared to what I got abroad. Eventually, I got a program in the US and left for it. After the program, I decided to stay because I had nothing left for me in Ghana,” he noted.

Moreover, Mr Bosiako mentioned that he would not advise well-paid workers in Ghana to travel abroad. However, he acknowledged the endless opportunities the US has for its citizens.

“Don’t travel abroad if you earn GHS10,000 in Ghana, but make it a point to travel if you’re hustling because there are many opportunities here. Take every opportunity to travel to the US that comes your way, and give yourself five years,” Joseph advised.
