CEO of Carline Auto Parts, Kwaku Fosu Asare, stated that he will only employ workers ready to swear on Nogokpo or Antoa to be honest.
Mr Asare mentioned in a chat on SVTV AFRICA that he has had his share of crooked employees and wants to resort to shrines as an interviewing process.
He encouraged other business owners to resort to Shrines to ‘interview’ potential workers because “security cameras don’t work on us. The youths are lazy but want to travel abroad.”
“The men want to steal from people, and the ladies only want to take money from men. I employed a few recently, and they stole from me. One lady threw my keys on the floor after she quit.”
In his advice to Ghanaians abroad who wish to start a business in Ghana, the Businessman said, “Don’t bother starting a business if you won’t come to Ghana to manage it. It won’t work even if you give the money to a church elder. There is no honesty.
Even if you go to Ghana to manage it, visit Antoa and Nogokpo and bring juju to your office. That’s what I’ll do now because even security cameras do not work on Africans. Let them swear on the juju before you employ them. Otherwise, employ traditionalists because they are truthful,” he added.
