Argentina-based Ghanaian businessman Prince Agyingo has disclosed that he made about $10,000 in 11 months as a trader and would never dream of leaving for the USA.
In a chat on Daily Hustle Worldwide with DJ Nyaami, Prince mentioned that he is comfortable in the South American country as a business owner. He stated that many Ghanaians see Argentina as a transit point to the USA because “ it’s difficult to get documents, and not all of all can run a business.”
Many Africans and Asians travel by road through South America to Mexico to cross the border to the USA. According to Agyingo, he tried it, but he lost hope after an agent duped him $6000.
“I’m okay now. I get everything I need, so why would I go there? I got my papers after three years and had no reason to go there because I promised not to work for anyone again.
I own three shops here, and I don’t need anything else. When I first arrived in Argentina, I made $10,000 in 11 months. I didn’t have a shop then,” he noted.
Moreover, Prince spoke on the standard of living in Argentina and how the locals receive foreigners.
