21-year-old Angela disclosed in an interview that some of her friends have been influencing her to do sex work to pay up her rent.
The single mother admitted that she probably would have eventually welcomed the idea of sex work with her rent almost due. Angela mentioned that aside from her rent, she needed money to support her siblings’ education as well.
After the interview on SVTV Africa, a Ghanaian based abroad, through SVTV Africa Foundation, donated GHS2000 to Angela.
“I don’t even know his name, but he has given me this without doing anything for him. I have never held GHS500, which is mine, but I’ve received GHS2000. God bless SVTV Africa and the one who helped me,” she said.
“Please subscribe and follow them, so they can continue helping people like me. I can help some of my siblings with this money and complete my training. We are orphans, but with SVTV Africa’s help, we will move a step ahead with our lives,” Angela added.
