The body of student nurse, Georgina Asor Botchwey believed to be in her mid 20s was exhumed at Mankessim, Cape Coast.
According to reports, Georgina was allegedly killed and secretly buried in the chief’s house by a Chief and a Pastor at Mankessim in the Central Region.
It is unclear why the Chief who is the Tufohen of Ekumfi Akwakrom and also President of the Mankessim Traders Association, Nana Crack, and the pastor allegedly kidnapped the nurse and murdered her.
The duo allegedly dug a pit in the chief’s house which is under construction and buried the final year student nurse.
According to a report on SVTV Africa’s Eyewitness Report, DJ Omega who was at the scene said the body was exhumed from the chief’s house along with her bag, shoes, and other belongings.
The pastor was arrested at Cape Coast after confessing to the crime. The authorities immediately followed him to the Chief’s House.
