Senior high school graduate, Naomi writes lotto to pursue her dream as a pharmacist.
Speaking on SVTV Africa, Naomi indicated that she wanted to become a nurse. However, due to financial issues, she changed the course.
Naomi is the second of four children living with her father. She told DJ Nyaami that after high school, her cousin introduced her to the business to help support the family and save for her education.
“Yes, I’m working because there is no money, but I also plan to save for school. I wanted to study nursing, but since there is no money, my uncle advised me to do a pharmacy course instead,” Naomi said.
Noami also added men often propose love to her because they presume that she needs it. According to her, “most of them come, but I haven’t dated any.”
She also said that on a lucky day, she makes GHC25 a day and saves some. Naomi hopes to get a better job so that she can save more.
Naomi comes from Akatsi-Avenor in the Volta Region.
