UK based Ghanaian businessman, Yaw Addo has disclosed that a Pentecost church elder based in Mozambique vanished with goods worth 20k pounds.
In an interview on Daily Hustle In the UK, Yaw indicated that a friend introduced the Ghanaian church elder to him for business. However, he vanished with over 100k cedis worth of goods with no trace.
“In every business, you will make losses but with mine, I was not lucky. I sent three containers full of goods to a Ghanaian in Mozambique but no money came. This happened at the time when Ghana banned second-hand fridges so a friend told me about him and we sent the goods to him,” he revealed.
“It was about 20k pounds and each time I called he gave excuses. I never heard from him again. He is a Ghanaian and a Pentecost elder too. He used to come here often and everyone called him elder,” he added.
Yaw Addo deals in the exportation of electronic devices to Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon and other African countries.
