Ghana-based Congolese missionary, Mattel Gracia Silvano has indicated that being here for 20 years, Ghana looks look on the outside but appalling when you experience life in it.
Speaking on SVTV Africa’s DJ Nyaami, Mattel stated that God directed him to come to Ghana to help the less vulnerable in Ghana.
“Life in this country is beautiful when you see it from outside but when you go into the country, you will not agree to what is going on here. I will not attribute it to any government.
God directed me to come to Ghana in 1997 and I have been here for 20 years already. I’ve been to most of the regions especially the north and people are suffering,” he said.
Mr Mattel that the youth of Ghana need to take charge of their lives and desist from looking onto politicians from favours because they are veterans and will leave eventually.
Being an advocate for female empowerment, he further encouraged young girls to follow their dreams and passions.
“Follow what God has invested in the child. You can go to school and do all that but you must also know what you are passionate about and pursue it,” he advised.
