Junior high school teacher, Innocent Sackey currently weighs about 500lbs and is unable to move without aid.
In a chat with DJ Nyaami on SVTV Africa, the maths teacher revealed that as a baby she weighed more than usual and believes it was a drug given her by doctors.
“According to my mom, I got I’ll when I was 6 months old. I was admitted to the hospital for 6 months and after that, my head began to swell.
She took me back and they said there was nothing wrong with me. But we got back home, the weight got worse for a child,” the 50-year-old revealed.
Being a teacher, her biggest challenge is the weight. She is unable to move around without aid.
“It is my biggest worry right now. We vacated last Friday and I have been in my room since. I have tried slimming tea, Herbalife but it didn’t help so I quit. What I do now is lemon and apple cider vinegar,” she said.
