The CEO of EIB Network Group, Nathan Kwabena Adisi popularly known as Bola Ray is somebody we all must show respect to and hold him high in esteem, Founding President and CEO of IMANI Africa, Franklin Cudjoe has said in a statement SVTV Africa has obtained.
According to the IMANI Boss, some people seem to have problem with Bola Ray’s leadership style but he is someone we must respect because of his exceptional leadership skills.
Mr Cudjoe said Bola Ray is not like some CEOs who pay little or no attention to the wellbeing of their staff.
He added that, Bola Ray has light up a lot of young broadcasters in Ghana and in turn, they turn their backs on him when he needed them the most.
The Policy Tink Tank Analyst pointed out that, being an employer is never easy and the likes of Bola Ray who gives unlimited opportunities to employees are rare.

“I am beginning to see the impact Bola Ray had on some of his former employees. Times were tough for the man, but I see many lights Bola lighted in these young broadcasters gradually dimming. Sad. May the likes of Bola remain with us and may their missteps never be their end. We all have leadership faults but never easy to be an employer who gives unlimited opportunities to his employees.” Mr Cudjoe said in a recent post.
Bola Ray in an interview revealed that, the year 2018 was very challenging for him as most of his staff left his company due to unpaid salaries.
Bola Ray said at a point, he felt any staff who member that entered his office was about to resign.
According to him, the Media Conglomerate which includes media houses such as Starr FM, Kasapa FM, Live FM, GHOne TV and Agoo TV was started with 483 staff but was now left with less than 300 staff members.
He explained that through it all, he has learnt that not all whomove along with you on a journey will stay when there is a storm.
