Standup comedian Foster Romanus is set to kill two birds with a stone as he stages a show on Sunday, April 26.
Expected to start at 7pm on his YouTube channel, the event will see the renowned comedian lead his virtual audience to approach the throne of grace through song ministration. Like his annual Romanus Incomplete comedy show, the comedian is also expected to crack ribs with his witty jokes.
Speaking to GhanaWeb about the program, Romanus said he was led by the spirit of God during a prayer time.
“There was this worship challenge on Instagram. I was challenged by Delong [a comedian cum preacher] and Pete Richie [an actor]… When I accepted the challenge, the response from the people was massive, they liked it. After that, I was praying and God spoke to me to put up an event of such nature,” he said.
Foster Romanus is of the conviction that the ‘lockdown service’ will be a moment to relish.
