Ghanaian actress Christabel Ekeh has refuted claims that she went to Benin for black magic to help her acting carrier soar.

The actress in an interview with an online media portal SVTVAfrica indicated that she believes in the Almighty God and God is the only being she sees as supreme. She indicated that her journey to Benin came in at a point in her life when she felt she needed a break to explore.

“Benin came in when I felt I needed to explore certain areas in life and I needed a break in my carrier.” Christabel told broadcaster Evans Amewugah.

She added that her journey to Benin has drawn her closer to God; making her draw her conclusion that God sent her to Benin in order to help her get closer to him.

Though Christabel didn’t promise she wouldn’t post her nude pictures on social media she stated that what God says must be done should be done.

Christabel Ekeh last year became topical after she released her nude pictures on instagram.

Actress Christabel Ekeh has opened up on SVTV chat with host Evans Amewugah that she had a crush on Ghanaian footballer Michael Essien.

Christabel made this revelation after a question was asked by SVTV Africa’s host Evans Amewugah about who she has a crush on.

“My crush was a footballer; He is Michael Essien.” Christbel Ekeh stated in the interview.

However she took back her words and stated that her crush was way back in high school.

Christabel Ekeh is an actress and a model, born to a  Ghanaian mother and a Nigerian father. She is popularly known for her semi-nude pictures on social media.

‘Best in me’ hit maker Efya Awindor has revealed that the reason behind her tears on GHONE Tv during the demise of dancehall artiste and her friend Franky was mainly because she lost a dear friend, Franky Kuri.

‘I cried because Franky was my friend and I have lost her.’ Efya stated in an interview with SVTV Africa Chat’s host Evans Amewugah.

The late Franky Kuri died in a gruesome accident on the Kumasi- Sunyani road together with late Dancehall artiste Ebony Reigns and Lance Corporal Atsu Vondee.

Ghanaian songstress Efya is delighted over Shattawale's nomination into this year's VGMA's 

 

Efya explained that Shatta Wale deserves to be nominated by the Awards scheme because he is a talented musician. She continued to say that she is a very big fan of Shatta Wale; seeing Shatta Wale makes her very happy.

NANA FYNN SIGNS UNTO NEW RECORD LABEL HIS ROYAL EMPIRE

High life artiste Nana Fynn says he has signed unto Paul Ofori Asenso popularly known as His Royal Freshness P-kay’s record label His Royal Highness, a U.S based record label.

In an interview with Evans Amewugah on SVTV Africa, Nana Fynn indicated that his comeback in the music industry as he has signed unto record label His Royal Empire would be a massive hit.

“There is a saying that great minds come together to make huge impacts, you have to work with a team to make your decisions work and working together with His Royal Empire would make my plans boom.”-Nana Fynn stated.

The “menkoa” singer added that the vision of His Royal Empire and his are in the same line. Nana Fynn’s last album was in 2010; however, he released a reggae single in 2016.

Nana Fynn may have just joined the Ebony and Wutah fans as he wishes for them victory in their nominated categories.

Speaking on SVTV Africa, Nana Fynn stated clearly that he is not mentioning Ebony because she has left the world of the living and that her family needs to be consoled through an award, but indicated that she deserves to be awarded because she worked hard in the music industry.

“The category of artiste of the year is very tough and although I respect the artistes in there but I think Ebony must win the artiste of the year because for the past 18months,  she has made five hit songs which have been ranked mostly as first songs on the Ghanaian music list”, Nana Fynn stated.

 He added that Ebony as young as she was had great stage performances and had a bold personality.

The “Menkoa” hit maker also opted for Wutah’s Bronya as the best high life song of the year.

NANA FYNN NAMES MZVEE AND STONEBWOY AS THE ONLY DANCEHALL ARTISTES IN GHANA

Ghanaian high life musician Nana Fynn says, out spoken female artiste Mzvee and “bawasaba” hit maker Stonebwoy are the only dancehall acts in the Ghanaian music industry.

Speaking to SVTV Africa’s host Evans Amewugah, Nana Fynn argued that Ghanaian musicians Mzvee and Stonebwoy are individuals who are trying very well in the dancehall category. He added that most Ghanaians do not count Mzvee as a dancehall artiste because she doesn’t behave rudely; “a behavior Ghanaians link to dancehall artistes.”

“Maybe the only people I can call authentic dancehall artistes are Stonebwoy and Mzvee. However, Ghanaians don’t link Mzvee to dancehall because she doesn’t act rudely.”-Nana Fynn stated.

Nana Fynn stated emphatically that Stonebwoy and Mzvee’s collaboration “come over”, is the only dancehall song in Ghana.

PASTOR URGES UNEMPLOYED YOUTH TO USE THEIR TALENTS FOR EARNINGS

Resident Pastor of EIB network’s Kasapa Fm says unemployed graduates irrespective of their fields of degree should be brave and take up lifes challenge to fend for themselves.

Speaking on SVTV’s time with the apostles Osofo Agyenim stated that life may be tough at certain points, though unemployment situations may set in one should be creative and do something innovative to help themselves irrespective of their fields of degree.

“ They are times you must take the bull by the horn, in some point in life you may be a graduate but you have no job ,put away your degree and take up tough decisions to make ends meet else you would starve from poverty”-Osofo Agyanim advised in an interview on SVTV Africa.

He continued to say that there are so many opportunities in life therefore one must take up these challenges in order to get to their destined points in life.
