Ghanaian hip life artiste says artiste should desist from judging fellow humans because they are also sinners because the Bible says no one should judge.

Speaking in an interview with Evans Amewugah at Kikibees lounge and restaurant east legon he explained that “the prophets who are judging the musicians have their own sins to account for so they shouldn’t act like they are holy”

The hip life artiste was speaking on the back of rumors that states that Ghanaian musicians do not take prophecies concerning their lives seriously.

Ghanaian hip life artiste Kwaw Kese says dancehall diva Ebony reigns must be awarded artiste of the year.

According to the “Abodam” hit maker ebony deserves the award because she released a lot of hit songs in the year 2015 and was able to compete with men in the industry.

“For a young lady like Ebony to compete and beat a lot of guys, at the end of everything she must win the artiste of the year”- Kwaw Kese stated in an interview with SVTV’s host Evans Amewugah at Kikibee's lounge and restaurant at East legon .

Ebony was a Ghanaian dancehall artiste known for her hit album “bonyfied”. She has been nominated in the artiste of the year category which includes Joe Mettle, Shatta Wale,Sarkodie and Stonebwoy.

The Vodafone Ghana Music Awards’ (VGMAs) is arguably the biggest award scheme in Ghana that recognizes and rewards the hard work of artistes in the country.

EBONY DID FAR BETTER THAN OTHER MUSICIANS WHO’VE BEEN IN EXISTENCE FOR OVER 50YEARS - BEN BRAKO

High life Legend Ben Brako says late dancehall diva Ebony cannot be compared to musicians who have been in existence for over 50 years. He stated that Ebony was extraordinary; like her or hate her, what matters is that people always had something to say about her.

The “mawie” hit maker argued that Ebony had something nobody else had and that made her a special. In an interview with SVTV’s host Evans Amewugah Ben Brako stated that “in life if no one talks about you, your works are worth nothing”

Ben Brako added that in the short period that she lived she touched the hearts of many artistes who have worked for more than 50 years.

Ebony was born Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng in Dansoman, a suburb of Accra .Her parents are Nana Opoku Kwarteng and Madam Beatrice Oppong. She was raised in the urban areas of Accra but hails from the Brong Ahafo region.

Ebony was discovered by musician and entrepreneur Bullet from Ruff n Smooth, and was signed to his Ruff Town record label.[5]

She came out with her first single, "Dancefloor", in December 2015, with a video and audio release. The song became a radio hit, landing her a nomination for the "unsung" category at the 2016 Ghana Music Awards.

Ebony Reigns died instantly in a gory accident on 8 February 2018 whilst returning from Sunyani to Accra after a visit to her mother. Her assistant and close friend Franklina Yaa Nkansah Kuri and Lance Corporal Atsu Vondee were also killed in the fatal accident. She died 8 days before her 21st birthday.

Renowned International Pastor Dr. Lawrence Tetteh says Ghanaians shouldn’t take the sadness of one’s sorrow for personal gains and popularity.

Speaking in an interview, Dr. Lawrence Tetteh stated that some members of the society have used the death of dancehall icon to gain attention from the public which he rebuked and asked that they desist from using the death of others to gain fame.

“Pastors who say I predicted her death, I knew she would die should stop that and rather pray for our country and think about how to make our country better”. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh stated in an exclusive interview at the burial service of Franky Kuri, close friend of the late dancehall artiste Ebony who died in an accident on the Sunyani –Kumasi road.

The burial service of the late Frankilna was held at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church at Kwashieman in Accra.

Twenty-seven years old Franky Kuri died in a gory accident last month with award winning dancehall icon Ebony and Lance Corporal Atsu Vondee on the Sunyani-Kumasi road when returning from Sunyani to Accra after paying a visit to Ebony’s mum.

Franklina Maame Yaa Tabuah Nkansah also known as Franky Kuri; the best friend and personal assistant of the late Ghanaian dancehall artiste Ebony has been laid to rest today 3rd March, 2018.

The burial service which took place at the Prince of Peace Catholic Church, Kwashieman in Accra saw hundreds of sympathizers troll in to pay their final respect to Franky. Familiar faces like Dr. Lawrence Tetteh, controversial entertainment personality Afia Schwarzenegger, parents of the late Ebony and actor Fiifi Coleman were spotted at the burial service.

Speaking at the burial service, renowed international Pastor Dr. Lawrence Tetteh urged the family of the deceased to take heart as “God Himself knows the plans He has for His children.”

The event which was held in  a very colourful and quiet ceremony at Polo Court inside Airport, attracted celebrities such as DSP Kofi Sarpong, Edem, Mz Vee, Becca, Samini, Kwame Eugene, EL amongst others.

The birthday man Bola Ray used the night to reconcile two of Ghana’s finest celebrities, Obour and Kwaw Kesse who have been at loggerheads for some time now.

Exclusive; Eye Witness Narrates Tema Industrial Area Robbery Incident To SVTV Africa

Early mornings of yesterday Wednesday 28th February,2018, an arm robbery incident was recorded at Tema Industrial Area which caused the death of a lebanese man by name Mohammed , who was having in his possession amount Ghc 200,000. 

A eye witness narrating the incident to SVTV Africa's Osuani Afrifa , gave a vivid account of what actual happened. The incident took place at exactly 8am when the the victim and diseased was on his way to work, the car in which the robbers was using was ahead of the victim's car , with no number plate , the three robbers,  were all in black clothing and had they're faces covered with white masks. "The car haven't seen on these street before" , the eye witness stated. In split seconds ,  All I could hear was gun shots upon raising my head, A man i was working for shouted arm robbers , arm robbers and the robbers passed in top speed.

Quickly I runned to the car and met Mr Mohammed who works for a company by name Delta, he was shot and bleeding. But they had made way with the money , workers from the victim's office took him to the hospital but he passed on.

It took more than two(2) hours for the police to report to the scene, which the eye witness described as unfortunate, because the police service usually mounts barrier on this same street every evening. " I think is a tip off " the man's contract I had was going to end this month. 

APPREHENDING CRIMINALS IS BEYOUND GHANA POLICE SERVICE - EX CONVICT FRANK AMAGARTSE

Barely a week , Ghana as experience series of robbery cases , with the quest to finding solutions to these rampant cases SVTV Africa caught up with ex convict Frank Amagartse aka Olenge , who served for fourteen years at Nswam prison.

Frank Amagartse disclosed the police service is no longer in control of arm robbers and their dealings , " there are countless police personnels in prison now for supporting and aiding crime in the nation". The mantel for fishing out and arresting criminals should be placed on the shoulders of the state , prisoners and the streets , he boldly said 

 

But one will ask , who is the state?, why leave national security in the hands of the people on the streets and prisoners , He quickly said before SVTV AFRICA's host "Osuani Afrifa" met him for the live chat, he had received a call from the prison seeking his opinion on current matters on the streets of Ghana and how he thinks they can be solved.

Sounding sure of himself and what he is talking about , the ex convict revealed , the streets knows the criminals , the prisoners knows the chief commanders of each robbery gang ,therefore its left for the government to provide these people with the right logistics , so they can help apprehend criminals. Looking at yesterday's arm robbery case in Tema , there was a tip off by an informant, giving out the time , location and amount being carried by the victim. He hinted.

With countless mash up tunes , Dhat Gyal , Born Ernestina Afari in an exclusive chat with SVTV Africa's Host Evans Amewugah revealed , she met lots of male managers , with motives of having their way with her before helping her musical dreams. "It didn't happen once but it kept reoccurring".
Being exposed to the internet , I constantly picked up management phone numbers I saw on Facebook and other platforms , and whenever I called they sound very funny and cagey. At a point I started going for their requested meetings with my sister which got most of them annoyed.

The "Any Man Na Man"  sensational Afro Pop artist went on to lament bitterly on men spoiling young talents , trying to take advantage of them because of their positions and money.
