Hiplife artiste Eugene Ashie popular called 'Wisa Greid' has advised artistes who received no award at the recently held Vodafone Ghana Music Awards to cool down since the awards does not belong to their ‘father’.

Speaking in a very relaxed manner at Kikibees Restaurant at East Legon, Wisa said artistes who received no awards must not feel bitter since it is an award and therefore not everyone will be awarded.

He added that organizers of the awards do not make the voting system transparent to the general public and therefore sees no reason why an artiste must take it personal when they receive nothing.

Wisa recalled that some years ago, he received a lot of nominations but received no award but never got angry and has since been used to the VGMA system.

Controversial man of God, Prophet Kumchacha says Patapaa's manager is a useless manager to work with.

According to the Founder and Leader of the Heaven's Gate Ministries, Prophet Kumchacha Godfred Bokpin manager of "one corner" hit maker Patapaa did a "shabby" job by making Patapaa appear at the VGMA in an oversized suit.

KUMCHACHA DANCES TO PATAPAA'S NEW TUNE

Founder of Heaven's Gate ministries may have settled the "beef" between he and "one corner" hitmaker Patapaa as he dances to PATAPAA'S new tune "Kumchacha" on SVTV Africa.

Controversial musician, Patapaa has released a new song directed at Prophet Kumchacha. 

The song, titled “Kumchacha”, according to Patapaa is meant to tell the Prophet that he still loves him even though the Prophet has proven not to be a fan of his work.

I’M NOT A FUNERAL ARTISTE –PATAPAA

Ghanaian musician Patapaa may have unconsciously described fellow musicians as funeral musicians.

Speaking in an interview on SVTV Africa “one corner” hit maker explained that he is not hurt because he was not billed to perform at the tribute concert held in memory of late dancehall artiste Ebony reigns.

Patapaa stated that he won’t be present at the tribute concert because he was not asked to perform and it would be inappropriate to be where he is not needed.

“I am not young boy to go to a place uninvited so I won’t be at Ebony’s tribute concert.”

However Patapaa stated that he would be present at the final funeral rites for the late Ebony Reigns.

Ebony died in a fatal accident on the Kumas-Sunyani with her friend Franky Kuri and body guard Lance Corporal Atsu Vondee

A god GOES BY THE NAME KUMCHACHA-PATAPAA

Hip life artiste of the year nominee Patapaa claims there is a god in an African country by the name Kumchacha.

Speaking on SVTV Africa’s SVTV chat Patapaa disclosed he has a song titled “Kumchacha”yet to release .He claimed Kumchacha is a name of a god in an African country.

“If you listen to the song very well you would realize I’m not referring to the Prophet rather I’m telling a historical story.” Patapaa told SVTV

The one corner hit maker added that he no intentions of creating a “beef” between he and the Prophet and promised his fans the song titled Kumchacha is a very interesting tune.

For some time now there has been some exchange of words between the founder of and leader of the Heaven’s Gate Ministries, Prophet Nicholas Osei popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha and the rising musician Patapaa. Late last year, Prophet Kumchacha disclosed he had buried Patapaa’s “one corner” on the instruction of God.
